Marc Nairz-Federspiel
Marc Nairz-Federspiel is a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapeutic medicine, specializing in ADHD in adults, anxiety disorders and depression in men. After studying medicine in Innsbruck and Vienna, Dr. med. univ. Marc Nairz-Federspiel gained valuable experience at renowned institutions such as the Psychiatric University Hospital in Zurich. As senior physician at the Münsterlingen Psychiatric Hospital, he deepened his specialist knowledge. In his work, he is continually impressed by how people in difficult life situations release healing potential through therapeutic conversations. His goal is to accompany patients on this path in a professional and sensitive manner.

Stefan Federspiel
Stefan Federspiel is a psychotherapist, student advisor, religious educator and theologian who studied in Innsbruck, Madrid and Vienna. Stefan Federspiel's psychotherapeutic training is based on Viktor E. Frankl's logotherapy and Alfried Längle's existential analysis. MMag. Federspiel has many years of experience in his own practice and specializes in the treatment of anxiety and depression. In his work with young people and parents, he sees relationship-oriented pedagogy as the key. He emphasizes the responsibility of accompanying young people in a crucial phase of life in order to promote their personal development.

Marie Hagleitner
Marie Hagleitner is our practice manager. She completed her training as a qualified health and nursing professional in Innsbruck. She gained professional experience in Vienna, especially in the operational area. She brings this experience, together with her organizational talent, to ADBWIEN as a practice manager. Marie Hagleitner supports the team in both organizational and nursing tasks.

Katrin Schütz
Katrin Schütz is a general practitioner with extensive training in Vienna and many years of experience in psychiatric treatment, including at the Otto Wagner Hospital and the Hietzing Hospital. Dr. med. univ. Schütz cares for people in exceptional situations and takes into account both somatic and psychiatric treatment, with a particular focus on the mutual relationship between psychological and physical complaints. Dr. med. univ. Schütz relies on a holistic approach to understand and treat people as a whole.

Raphael Grabner
Raphael Grabner is a medical employee and assistant at ADBWIEN. He is currently studying human medicine at the Medical University of Vienna and is writing his dissertation on the topic of fear and aggression management. In practice, Mr. Grabner is responsible for blood sampling, physical examinations and administrative tasks.

Brigitte Pasching-Röszler
Brigitte Pasching-Röszler is the back office manager at ADBWIEN. With her many years of experience in the cultural and theater sector, she ensures that administrative processes run smoothly in practice. Since we at ADBWIEN place particular value on discretion and do not have a traditional waiting room or reception staff, Ms. Pasching-Röszler ensures that all organizational processes in the background are confidential and efficient. She is also available by telephone to answer organizational questions, always with the utmost sensitivity for your privacy.

Marco Flemming
Marco Flemming is a psychotherapist with a focus on behavioral therapy and has specialized in the treatment of anxiety, panic attacks, depression and life crises. Mr. Flemming completed his studies, MSc, in Krems. His therapeutic approach focuses on working with clients to identify and understand undesirable behavioral patterns and promoting positive changes in behavior through targeted interventions.
